life is complicated

really, the big paradox is that life is complicated because its so simple.
everyone is the same, but in a different way.
we all want these things: power, money, materialistic things, happiness, people to pay attention to us and love us, interesting challenges to overcome, fairness in life, and to be better than others. anyone who says that they don't want these things is lying.
when you think about it, all religions and ideologies want the same thing; to help people attain these unrealistic goals without getting out of order.
the heroes in movies are always so selfless, and don't have those things, and are more interested in helping others than getting them. the villans have those things, and want more of them. no one is like either of those characters.
we all want those things, and none of them are possible. but if we don't try, there's no point at all. it's all exactly the same, in a different way.
