who are these The People, and where can i find them?

i wish bohemia existed. i really do. i wish that i could just wander to a different part of town and there would be people dressed in skintight black outfits and berets sipping fine coffee while a guy dressed in feathers played the harmonica like his life depended on it. but its not real. its only in the movies. and if it is real, or ever was, why can't i find it? everything is commercialized. everything is fake. ugh, im feeling pessimistic.
