i saw spring awakening last night. it was amazing.
its so surreal to think that kids could be so traumatized and destroyed by their own parents, and themselves. it was really horrifying.
one thing that occurred to me was that those kids from 100 years ago were exactly like kids their age now. its just their surroundings that made their life a living niflheim. goodness.
